Psychological Coaching: Managing Anxiety, Stress and Burnout
Psychological coaching integrates principles of psychology with evidence-based coaching techniques. Unlike psychotherapy, it does not treat clinical mental health conditions and does not concentrate on past issues. Instead, it is oriented toward the present and future, aiming to strengthen mental resilience, foster healthier emotional regulation, and enhance adaptive functioning in response to everyday challenges and life transitions.

During our sessions, we will collaboratively identify the areas that require focused attention. Through structured dialogue and guided reflection, we will develop practical strategies and tailored tools designed to support improved wellbeing, greater clarity of thought, and more effective problem-solving.
